Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personal nature of our handmade skincare products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or unusable, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will gladly replace the item or issue a store credit.

Because our products are handmade with natural ingredients, you may occasionally notice texture changes due to temperature during shipping, especially with whipped products such as whipped tallow cream. This does not affect the quality or effectiveness of the product. These normal temperature-related changes are not considered defects and are not eligible for replacement.

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Products that have been opened or used

  • Personal scent or texture preferences

  • Normal texture changes from heat or cold during shipping

If a product leaks significantly during transit, we will happily send a replacement once we receive photos of the damaged item and packaging.

Whipped tallow products may soften or melt in warm temperatures during shipping. If this happens, simply place the jar in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes and stir to restore texture.

Warm Weather & Shipping Notice

Our whipped tallow cream is made with natural ingredients and has a light, whipped texture. Because of this, the product may soften, melt, or change texture if exposed to warm temperatures during shipping.

If your tallow cream arrives soft or partially melted, don’t worry — this does not affect the quality or effectiveness of the product. Simply place the jar in the refrigerator for about 20–30 minutes and stir gently to help restore a thicker texture.

Please note that temperature-related texture changes are normal for natural whipped products and are not considered defects.

If your product arrives leaking or significantly damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can make it right.
